Cleaning fees apply to each booking regardless of length of stay.
It is a flat rate and assumes that the basic rules and procedures have been followed.

A $2000 refundable security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card at time of booking to help ensure a damage free rental.

In addition, a signed liability waiver & rental agreement are required of all renters.
